Recurrent Yeast Infection Can Easily Be Cured

by Jason King

At some point in their life, five percent of women suffer from chronic yeast infections. These recurrent infections are a result of the sufferers not knowing what is causing the Candia overgrowth in their body. Their body is allowing the yeast to mutate, and until the mutating stops, the infections will continue reoccurring.

Once the yeast mutates it turns into an aggressive fungus, and this fungus feeds on the cells of your body. The itching in your vagina is caused by the fungus feeding on the skin cells inside it. It also feeds on the food that you put into your digestive tract, especially if you eat a lot of sugar.

If you keep using the same treatment on your infections all you will do is create a drug resistant fungus that will be extremely difficult to eliminate from your body. Your doctor won’t be able to help you because they only prescribe you more anti fungal drugs. These drugs will only make the fungus stronger.

You must find the cause of your infections before you can stop them. There’s a good reason why your infections have become chronic, and once you discover why the yeast is mutating in your body you will be able to prevent future infections.

Prescription anti fungal drugs only kill the fungus that is causing the infections. These drugs don’t prevent the yeast that is living in your body from mutating into more fungus once the treatment stops. Only your body’s natural defenses can stop the Candida from mutating, so you have to strengthen these first. Once you have your body will be protected like it was before you started suffering from recurrent yeast infections.

The yeast in your body is kept under control by your levels of friendly bacteria in your intestines and your immune system. Healthy people are yeast infection free because of these natural defenses, and this how you were once infection free as well.

As soon as you strengthen your body’s natural defenses then your recurrent yeast infections will stop. The only way to prevent further infection is to stop the yeast mutating, there is no other way you can cure yourself.
